Perklexity is an AI-powered platform that helps users discover and track perks and benefits associated with their credit cards, phone plans, and other subscription services. The Service uses artificial intelligence to match user activities to relevant perks from their selected cards and services.
You must create an account to use Perklexity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
Perklexity aggregates perk information from publicly available sources and user contributions. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any perk information displayed on the Service. Always verify perk details directly with your card issuer or service provider before making decisions based on them. Perklexity is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated perk information.
Users may submit perk suggestions for review and inclusion in the database. By submitting a suggestion, you grant Perklexity a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content. You represent that your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge and do not infringe on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or modify any submission at our discretion.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service; (d) scrape, copy, or redistribute our perk database without permission; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure; or (f) use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate perk recommendations and summaries. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You should independently verify any AI-generated recommendations before acting on them.
The Perklexity name, logo, and all content created by us (including the perk database curation, AI prompts, and user interface) are the intellectual property of Perklexity. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Perk names, card names, and brand assets referenced on the Service remain the property of their respective owners.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any perk information or AI-generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perklexity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@perklexity.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
